WORKING HOURS
Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 6:30 PM. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and festivals in line with local government schedules.
ORDER AND PAYMENT
Orders are only accepted through our website and not via any other forms of digital media.
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Accepted payment methods include debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery. Direct bank transfers can be arranged upon request.
We do not take responsibility for any payment failures due to connectivity issues. In such cases, we will work with the payment gateway provider to resolve the issue.
The Company reserves the right to announce sales, discounts, and promotions, with dates subject to change without prior notice.
Offers and discounts cannot be combined. Only one coupon code can be applied per transaction.
Shipping times typically range from 5 to 7 business days, though delivery dates may be affected by factors beyond our control or during promotional events.
CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION OF ORDERS
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
A shipping charge of approximately Rs. 70 will be deducted from the refund amount for cancellations.
Refunds are processed as store credit and usually issued within 48 hours of cancellation.
Orders cannot be modified or altered once placed.
NO RETURNS / NO EXCHANGE POLICY
All products sold by us are subject to a strict no-return, no-exchange policy.
Customers are advised to carefully select products suitable for their needs before purchasing.
Vtly is not responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. Customers should contact the courier company directly for shipment-related issues.
In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers must provide photographic evidence, and Vtly will arrange for a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be returned or replaced. This policy supersedes any conflicting terms regarding returns or exchanges.
PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Vtly strives to be an eco-conscious company, minimizing the use of plastic in packaging. However, some products may contain minimal plastic components.
