Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible unless the product is returned to us, in which case, a deduction for the courier charges will be made. The remaining balance will be refunded as store credit.

Cancellations after shipment can only be processed once the product is returned to us, and a refund will be provided minus applicable shipping and payment gateway charges (approximately 2-3% of the order value both ways). The refund will be issued as store credit within 15 days. Please note, this store credit cannot be combined with promotional offers, sales, or coupon codes.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, as all sales are final.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, or if the item is lost in transit, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please notify us within 2 days of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence to support the claim.

As some of our products are handmade and subject to environmental conditions, there may be delays in manufacturing. We ask for your patience in such cases.

Inspection on Arrival

Upon receiving your shipment, please immediately inspect the contents to ensure they match the order. Any discrepancies must be reported with photographic evidence within 2 days of receipt. We take every precaution in packing orders under strict supervision, and any claims of missing products will be investigated based on available evidence.

In case of damaged goods upon arrival, please report the damage with photos so we can take the matter up with the courier company. If the shipment is entirely damaged, we advise you to reject or return the shipment immediately.

Modifications to Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. You may cancel the order before it is shipped, but once the order is dispatched, modifications are not possible.

If you choose to cancel an order after shipment, the cancellation will only be processed once the product is returned, and the refund will be issued in store credit as mentioned earlier.

Email Updates & Communication

We will send regular updates regarding your order status, including shipping details. Please ensure that your email filters are set up to receive such updates. We are not responsible for missed emails due to incorrect email settings on your end.

Product & Packaging Variance

While we make every effort to ensure consistency in product appearance, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, environmental conditions, or camera settings. Rest assured, product quality remains the same.

We may occasionally update product packaging or containers. If you receive an updated version of a product before the website is updated, it is because of ongoing improvements.

Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes and claims related to this policy are subject to the jurisdiction of Haryana, India.
